Refund Policy

You have 100 nights from the time you receive your Recovr Mattress (based on shipping info) to initiate a return. Please call 888-417-7223 to request a return. At that time, our customer service team will assist in the return which will require the mattress to be removed from your residence before a refund will take place. The Recovr Mattress Operations team will organize the removal. Only one return of a Recovr Mattress per customer, household, delivery address. You will be refunded for the cost of the mattress.

If you do not open your Recovr Mattress, please call us at 888-417-7223 and we will send you a shipping label to send it back to us.

Absolutely no refunds or returns will be granted after 100 nights.
